Woodbury Junction will be a gated community with a guard stationed at the main entrance twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week ensuring the security of all residents in Orange County New York’s first multi-generational community. A vision of The Carteret Group, Woodbury Junction was carefully planned along a hillside in the Town of Woodbury with roads and streetscape designed to give the appearance of the community having always been there. The active adult neighborhood within Woodbury Junction offers a variety of floorplans to choose from, all with first floor master suites, oversized two car garages, central air conditioning and a beautiful fireplace. Although the active adult neighborhood is just across the street from the all-ages single family home neighborhood, the active adult neighborhood has it’s own clubhouse featuring a fitness center and indoor pool to keep in shape, relaxing lounge and wellness room, quiet card/reading rooms, and a billiards room for fun with friends. A martini bar tops off the grand list of amenities in the clubhouse while planned walking trails and a community garden help residents enjoy the scenic nature that surrounds Woodbury Junction.
Homes in the active adult neighborhood range in size from 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,100 sq.ft. while homes in the all-ages neighborhood are expected to range in size from 2,300 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. (square footage is approximate).
The market rate single family homes, available only in the all-ages neighborhood, are expected to offer a wide selection of custom home options including bonus rooms, sun rooms, and finished basements. The clubhouse for this community contains a number of recreational amenities to suit any lifestyle. For active residents there is a fitness center, outdoor pool, sports court and tennis court. The littlest residents of Woodbury Junction would have their very own tot lot, kiddie pool and indoor play room. If you would rather sit back and relax, the clubhouse also features a community room, kitchenette, card room and lounge.
