Warwick Grove
Warwick Grove is a master planned active adult community created around the Traditional Neighborhood Design (T.N.D.) philosophy. Traditional neighborhood design is the concept of designing entire neighborhoods around living and socializing and is a throwback to the days when cars didn’t rule our lives. Homes sit closer to the street, sidewalks are plentiful and cars take a backseat to T.N.D. living with an alley residing behind the homes granting access to the rear loading garages.
Set among 130 acres of beautiful Warwick hills and meadows, Warwick Grove is literally just a walk in the park to the Village of Warwick and inside the community itself is comprised of 215 homes made up of condominiums, townhomes and single family homes.
